Karpinski, commander of the 800th Military Police Brigade. In regards to the admonishment cited by LTG Ricardo Sanchez’s, CJTF-7, on Jan. 17, 2004: “This admonishment, from a senior leader who at the time was and continues to be outside her rating chain, was completely unsupported by any documentary evidence…”
