On February 9, 1995, in New York, World Trade Center bomber Ramzi Yousef “was led before federal judge John F. Keenan. …At this point Yousef was being charged with eleven counts in connection with the 1993 bombing. The Feds would later indict him for the PAL [Philippine Airlines] Flight 434 bombing, the murder of [passenger] Haruki Ikegami, and the Bojinka plot.”
