Following World Trade Center bomber Ramzi Yousef’s arrest in Islamabad, Pakistan, on February 7, 1995, “an American DSS [Diplomatic Security Service] agent from the embassy and officers from the city’s bomb squad arrived to check through Yousef’s belongings. They found flight schedules for Delta and United Airline flights from Asia to the US. On the floor, partially hidden under a couple of plastic bags, lay two children’s remote-control cars. Yousef was packing them with plastic explosives for yet another atrocity.”
