Keenan. …At this point Yousef was being charged with eleven counts in connection with the 1993 bombing. The Feds would later indict him for the PAL [Philippine Airlines] Flight 434 bombing, the murder of [passenger] Haruki Ikegami, and the Bojinka plot.”
