In an effort to break down ‘the wall’ between communication of different intelligence agencies, “On November 18, 2002, the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review ruled for the first time in history. The review overturned the lower FISA Court’s ruling that had limited the sharing of information between the criminal law enforcement and the intelligence agencies.”
