Jack Landman Goldsmith, J.D., is a Harvard Law School professor. His expertise includes International, Cyber, and National Security Law. From Oct. 2003 to July 2004, Goldsmith served under Attorney General John Ashcroft and Deputy Attorney General James Comey as the United States Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Counsel in the Department of Justice. In 2007, he wrote a book about his experiences in this position titled The Terror Presidency. |
