Jean-Charles Brisard bio

Jean-Charles Brisard is an expert and consultant on Terrorism and Terrorism Financing. He is CEO of JCB Consulting International and a contributing expert for “The Terror Finance Blog.”  He also writes the “JCB Blog” on terrorism.

Since June 2002 he has been Chief Investigator for the 9/11 Families United to Bankrupt Terrorism in the course of a class action lawsuit involving 5,600 family members of 9/11 victims.

In October of 2003, Brisard testified on the global war on terrorism financing before the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs.

Brisard also testified before the U.S. Senate Banking Committee in 2002 for his study, “The economic environment of Osama Bin Laden,” published by the French National Assembly in 2001.
  
He was appointed Knight of the French National Order of Merit by President Nicolas Sarkozy in Nov. 2008.
