After the crash of TWA Flight 800 off the coast of Long Island on July 17, 1996, “The FBI picks up a message in Baluchi [the native dialect of terrorist Ramzi Yousef]. It reads, ‘TWA #800…What had to be done has been done.’ …FBI chief metallurgist William Tobin declares ‘no indicia’ of bomb damage, but he fails to consider Yousef’s PAL 434 bomb damage as a precedent.”
