“In June 2009 the United Nations added four LeT [Lashkar-e-Taiba] officials to the Consolidated List of Individuals associated with Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda and created by UN Security Council Resolution 1267 (passed in May 2005), which obligates all states to freeze the funds and assets of these officials.
