“Medical examinations and interviews of eleven former Guantanamo detainees by Physicians for Human Rights [for a June 2008 report] showed that physicians had monitored interrogations and provided medical information to interrogators who participated in torture, and that such physicians made no attempt to stop the abuse. Each of the eleven detainees indicated that they were given injections or medication without their consent, and medical procedures were performed on them against their will.” [The 15th of the month used for date sorting purposes only.]
