Reportedly, they picked out Tawfig bin Atash, the ex-boss of Osama bin Laden’s security detail, who was later tied to the Cole bombing. But when the Bureau asked for more details, the CIA reportedly refused to cooperate and the meeting turned into a shouting match.”
