On March 4, 1994, [Mahmud] Abouhalima, [Mohammed] Salameh, [Nidal] Ayyad, and [Mohammed] Ajaj are convicted in the World Trade Center bombing. But [Ramzi] Yousef and [Eyad] Ismoil are still at large. The U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Mary Jo White, declares that the verdict should send ‘an unmistakable message that we will not tolerate terrorism in this country.’ ”
