On March 21, 2000, Jacob L. Bosen of Orion Scientific used data from Operation Able Danger to build a declassified chart of the two cells of terrorist Ramzi Yousef (in New York and Manila, Philippines), showing links to the WTC bombing. “The chart, which represents the most active intelligence known to the DIA [Defense Intelligence Agency] and the Able Danger unit at the time, shows [al Qaeda double agent] Ali Mohamed within al Qaeda’s inner circle, along with Osama bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri, Mohammed Atef, Wadih El-Hage, and Mohammed Jamal Khalifa, bin Laden’s brother-in-law–the funder of the Yousef-KSM [Khalid Shaikh Mohammed] cell, extradited to Jordan in 1995 with the help of Deputy A.G. [Attorney General] Jamie Gorelick.”
