The conference takes place at the condo of Yazid Sufaat, who later entertains Zacarias Moussaoui, the alleged twentieth hijacker. After 9/11, FBI agents will accuse CIA agents of withholding pictures of the summit attendees, thus preventing the FBI from capturing [future 9/11 hijackers Khalid] al-Midhar and [Nawaf] al-Hazmi, who slip into the U.S. on January 15, 2000, when the CIA fails to get their names on a Watch List.”
