This contribution will be consistent with the Platform for Cooperative Security and will benefit from interaction between global and regional anti-terrorism efforts under the aegis of United Nations. The OSCE participating States commit their political will, resources, and practical means to the implementation of their obligations under existing international terrorism conventions and pledge themselves to intensify national, bilateral, and multilateral efforts to combat terrorism.’ “
