On November 13, 1995, “two men in their mid-twenties drove a beat-up pickup truck into a parking lot outside a U.S. training mission to the Saudi Arabian National Guard in Riyadh. The two men disembarked, fiddled with something in the back of the truck, then left the area. Minutes later, the truck exploded killing five American and two Indian servicemen.”
