Army Major General James ‘Spider’ Marks met with experts on Iraq and WMD at the Defense Intelligence Agency on October 4, 2002. “They presented him with their highly classified WMD database on Iraq, called the Weapons of Mass Destruction Master Site List (WMDMSL). It was a list of 946 locations where intelligence indicated there were production plants or storage facilities for chemical, biological or nuclear-related material in Saddam’s Iraq.”
